1. Definitions

“Fyndeo”
The AI-powered Chrome extension and related services offered by Fyndeo.
“Extension”
The browser extension provided by Fyndeo.
“User”
Any person or entity that installs or uses the Extension.
“Services”
All functionalities provided by the Extension, including transcript search and timestamp navigation.

2. Eligibility

By installing or using the Extension, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Extension.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fyndeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Extension on one device for your personal or internal business purposes.

4. Service Description

The Extension provides:

  • Searchable video transcripts across multiple platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Udemy, Coursera, etc.).
  • Timestamp navigation (“Fynds”) linking to specific video moments.
  • Deep-link sharing to share specific video segments.
  • Support for up to 100 languages.

5. Subscription & Billing

We offer the following plans, billed monthly:

  • Starter: Free, 20 Fynds/month, videos up to 15 minutes.
  • Professional: $12/month, unlimited Fynds, videos up to 5 hours.
  • Team: $79/month, 5 seats, team analytics, API access.
  • Enterprise: Please contact sales at hi@fyndeo.com

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@fyndeo.com with your order details.

7. User Responsibilities

When using the Extension, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Extension.
  • Use the Extension for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party policies.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Interfere with the security or performance of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Extension and Services (including code, trademarks, and design) are owned by Fyndeo. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyndeo’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. Fyndeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fyndeo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Extension or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Fyndeo may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must uninstall the Extension.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Portland, Oregon.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
